As a centre of education, we endeavor to promote all aspects of students’ development – personal, academic and experiential. This is done through a caring, pastoral and motivating environment. For every student, the primary aim is to be the best that they can be in all that they do.

Grennan College is a community of people – staff, students, parents and associated groups – working to achieve the highest level of accomplishment for all of its students. In order to reach full potential, the most important need must come from within the student; guided, encouraged and nurtured by teachers, management, parents and peers.

The core of learning is competency in literacy and numeracy – these two principles are key factors across all subjects.
Each student is responsible for his/her own learning and progress. Balance of participation in all activities is important. Extra-curricular activities should be balanced against academic pursuit – there is room for both, but not to the detriment of the primary goal – academic fulfillment.

We are a caring school, with each individual student’s development, progress and welfare at the core of all that we do. Work with us in your time here and you will succeed.

Go n-éirí an bóthar libh go léir.
