Speed Networking event between 12 French students and up to 24 Irish students in Grennan College from, Wednesday 5th of October. ‘Une soirée française à Grennan College’, ‘Nos amis français ‘.  

The Parents’ Council is having its AGM next week on Thursday 13th October at 7.30 pm in the school. All parents are welcome to attend.

Well Done to Ladies Minor Doubles All Ireland Champs,  Ailís O’ Shea & Aoife Holden. Well Done to Kilfane’s Roisín & Dearbhail O’Keeffe who got through to the All Ireland Juvenile Finals at Ulster venues in 2 weeks time. (reference: Kilfane Handball)

Good luck to the Grennan College students and Thomastown U16 ‘A’ Camogie team playing Gowran in the county final in Dunmore at 11.00am. Bring home the cup girls!!

Good luck to Grennan College students Roisín & Dearbhail O’ Keeffe as they compete in their respective All Ireland Handball singles finals on Sunday for Kilfane Handball Club.

Well done and thank you to all staff and students for all the help in preparing and manning the stations at the Grennan College Open Night on Thursday, 29th. Thank you to all the parents and 5th & 6th Class students for attending. We look forward to welcoming you to our school community.

Grennan College welcomed former student Patrick Khan to the school today, to speak to students about his life as a pilot. Patrick who left Grennan College in 2008 is first officer with Stobart Air, Aer Lingus Regional. We in Grennan College are very proud of the wonderful achievements of our past students.
