Best of luck to 5th year student Sarah lawlor who competes in the final of the triple jump at the all Ireland schools athletics championships in Tullamore on Saturday.Sarah has already won silver in leinster with a jump of 10.71 metres and a repeat of this will put her in contention to medal again.

Battle of the Genders
Girls on top in Grennan’s battle of the genders……The senior girls proved too strong for the 5th year boys in the Basketball challenge played in the school gym at lunchtime on Tuesday. This unique event provided great skill and marvellous entertainment for the assembled masses and will now be played on an annual basis.

On Tuesday and Wednesday the 24th and 25th of May “Grennan’s Got Talent” returns. The theme this year is “Movies and Musicals”. Tickets are €5 for Students, – €10 for Adults, – €25 for Family ( 2 adults + 2 Children) Get them in the school to avoid disappointment or on the night !
