Wednesday 16 march was Amber flag awareness day in Grennan college. The Amber flag is awarded to schools who promote positive mental health. Mr. Dunne’s 2nd year S.P.H.E. class organised a no uniform day where everyone wore something orange or amber. They also made smoothies for the ENTIRE school!! These proved very popular with the 1st year flash dancers!!! Students also got the opportunity to write about what makes them feel good and this was posted on the school’s Amber banner. Overall a great day was had by all.
